im not sure if you have heard or not but we as a nation might be on the verge of complete network shutdown!
ok maybe thats a little extreme but really it could get bad.
the screen writing guild starts its strike monday at 12:01am, this could spell trouble in a large way.
"The 1988 writers strike lasted 22 weeks. It was catastrophic: It cost the industry an estimated $500 million and the broadcast networks saw a 9 to 10 percent drop in their audience as viewers switched over to cable. Industry insiders predict the effects of a strike now could be just as bad."
this would go across all networks and hit all prime time shows, heroes, the office, house, etc.

there i fixed it. and its not only tv its movies too. and i heard the actors guild might strike in a few months.
i do go outside. but when i watch tv its dark and cold so :P
Okay Okay so I realize that it is perfectly okay to watch TV. You know that we don't watch TV (except for Heroes and Men in Trees) so yes I am a little frustrated that those might be delayed. But when they get it worked out they will begin again. So more power to them. However, aren't actors paid really well???? I have to say that they probably make more than I do as a teacher. And they change and shape the world so much...Hey maybe I should go on a personal strike...I am sure that people would be blogging their concern if a teacher decided they didn't make enough!!!:P
Your sister!
