so i was told by a dentist when i was younger that if i was to floss for 2 weeks my gums would stop bleeding, when i floss that is. so i've been flossing for at least 2 months and finally it happened today. my gums didn't bleed. it was kinda a moment. i mean my gums have always bled.
yup, floss kids.

i'm pretty sure i've only flossed about 20 times my entire life. i always want to start, but my good intentions rarely ever lead to any action. maybe someday i'll start...but probably not.
